Basic information about your home, mortgage, potential rent, and a renovation you might consider. We never ask for account credentials or medical information.
2. We calculate your selected snapshots
Every number on the results page is calculated from the values you entered using simple, transparent formulas.
3. We show the personal fit
Eight priority questions produce a personal-fit score for each option. The highest score is labeled the "best personal fit based on your stated priorities" — not a recommendation or a prediction of the best financial outcome.
4. You decide what's next
