My Home Decision is a five-minute worksheet that turns your assumptions into a simple side-by-side comparison of four possible paths.
1. You enter your assumptions
Basic information about your home, mortgage, potential rent, and a renovation you might consider. We never ask for account credentials or medical information.
2. We calculate four snapshots
Every number on the results page is calculated from the values you entered using simple, transparent formulas. Nothing is generated by AI. Nothing is a forecast.
3. We show the personal fit
Eight priority questions produce a personal-fit score for each option. The highest score is labeled the "best personal fit based on your stated priorities" — not a recommendation or a prediction of the best financial outcome.
